Stake Pool

Research Cardano blockchain, set up a single public stake pool, and contribute to the decentralization of the Cardano network.

Social Networking

Create a social presence on Twitter and Telegram. Share interesting Cardano information, help others with questions related to Cardano, and setting up stake pools.

Native Tokens

Research into "native tokens". Experiment on Cardano testnet and help with testing before mainnet deployment.

Website

Create a simple website outlining who we are, our goals, and ways to contact us. Establishing contact with pool delegators, making them feel part of the MOA stake pool, and get their opinion on the direction we head.

Stake Pool

Look at improvements to the MOA stake pool setup. Establish additional relay nodes for our stake pool, in different locations throughout New Zealand. Use different bare metal servers including a Raspberry Pi.

Native Tokens

Create an official native token called MOAcoin and offer it to delegators of MOA stake pool as a thank you for picking us.

Blog

Create informative material related to investing in Cardano, using wallets, and how to delegate to stake pools.

Research into NFT's and how they can be generated on the Cardano blockchain.

Continue to share Cardano information and communicate with the Cardano community. Encouraging people to stake to smaller single pools in the hopes MOA gains some delegators.

Commission unique artwork to be sold as NFT's. Use the money to reinvest into MOA stake pool, website, and future Cardano projects.

Improvements to the MOA website enhancing the design and features.

Cardano Project Catalyst

Prepare ideas for Cardano Project Catalyst Fund4, focusing on ideas related to using Cardano within both website and mobile applications.

Blog

Create informative material on how we can use the blockchain within business applications outside of e-commerce payments.

Cardano Project Catalyst

With Cardano Project Catalyst funding, start work on that project. Without funding, at the very least start work on creating Laravel libraries related to Cardano.

Continue work on any code related projects we started this yearly. Continue to test, refine and make improvements. Release to the public as open-source software if not already made available.

Reflect on the year and the progress we've made. Figure out how we can help drive growth within MOA as well as contribute towards Cardano and their goals.
